We held our very first wine dinner last night, and it was so much fun! This is the type of event that we live for. Playing with different flavors, textures, & combinations is fun for us; especially when we can put our own twists on classic dishes.
We were joined by Josh Young, Advanced Sommelier. Throughout every course, he enlightened us with his vast knowledge of Silver Oak & Twomey, as well as wine in general.
We can't wait to host another wine dinner in the future, and are already coming up with exciting new menu ideas!
