This season has been super busy, which means we haven't hosted as many wine dinners as we had hoped to. For our first wine dinner of 2022, we teamed back up with Josh Young; who is now working with Paramount Beverage. We decided to do something a little different this time around, and rather than featuring just a single winery, we decided to focus this dinner on wines from all over Italy. It was a nice change of pace from the Napa-centric wine dinners we've done in that past, and allowed us to explore some new varietals and wine techniques. We can't wait to see what our next wine dinner brings!
